Hey there!

It’s so nice to meet you! I’m Amanda Holstein, designer, artist and all-around creative. I’ve been designing homes since 2017 when my husband and I moved to Mill Valley, CA and renovated a home of our own. Since then I’ve had the opportunity to design residential homes as well as small commercial office spaces all over California.

As an artist & an empath, I create from the heart. I can understand your needs on a deeper level and design with your holistic well-being in mind. My goal is to transform your space in a way that improves your daily life and reflects your unique personality.

For all of my projects, originality is a priority. I believe in breaking the rules and pushing the boundaries of creativity. Which is why I also create custom handmade art & decor that is unique to you and your space. Interested in learning more? Get in touch!

(Engaged? I also design weddings exclusively for Jennifer Cheifetz Events.)

I began my career...

at one of the first content marketing agencies in 2010, pioneering the way for women’s lifestyle bloggers to turn their passion into a career by partnering with Fortune 500 Brands. In 2012, I launched a blog of my own, Advice from a 20 Something, which became one of the top lifestyle blogs for millennial women in 2016. I created content and styled photoshoots for a wide variety of brands, including Anthropologie, Mini Cooper, Old Navy, H&M, Urban Outfitters, Madewell, Quickbooks, Capital One, and more.

By 2020, I had launched two websites and styled about a million photoshoots with some of my favorite brands. But as an artist, I was ready to create on a larger scale and designing homes was a natural next step. I dove into the world of interior design head first and haven’t looked back since. I’m even able to merge my love of art by creating handmade pieces for each of my projects. Want to learn more? Get in touch!
